The vertical axis is <strong>logarithmic<\/strong>: each step on the axis means the same ratio, not the same amount (e.g. $10 million \u2192 $100 million \u2192 $1 billion). Parallel lines grow at a similar rate; the gap between lines tells you \u201chow many times larger\u201d, not \u201chow many dollars more\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Table:<\/strong> Average annual growth over 5 and 10 years (CAGR).
